Tasting note

Disgorged in September 2021 without dosage, the new release of Moussé's NV Blanc de Meuniers Les Vignes De Mon Village is drawn from a perpetual reserve blending vintages 2014–2019. Offering up aromas of crisp orchard fruit, wheat toast and nectarine, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and generous, with real plenitude and mid-palate sweetness despite its zero-dosage style. It's a boisterous, fruit-driven young wine that's full of charm.

Tasting note

The NV Brut Nature Les Vignes de Mon Village is a powerful, distinctive wine that shows the essence of Meunier in the Brut Nature style. Pear, chamomile and dried flowers all flesh out in an intense, vinous Champagne that only blossoms with a few hours of aeration. The Vignes de Mon Village is certainly an intriguing wine, but the decision to bottle with no dosage yields a decidedly start, at times austere, Champagne. Disgorged: October 7, 2019.
