Tasting note

The 2012 Brut Emotion is soft and caressing in the glass. Ripe pear, spice, pastry and lemon confit open with a bit of time. More than anything else, the Emotion offers striking immediacy. Soft contours and lovely depth add to its considerable appeal. The 2012 is absolutely delicious. It is a blend from Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant. Dosage is 4.5 grams per liter.
