  1. Availability

    Wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.

  2. Prices

    Prices are exclusive of VAT, duty, and delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  3. Payment

    Payment is due on invoice, and title to all wine remains with Vynluna until paid for in full. If the order is not paid within 7 days of the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  4. Delivery

    Indications as to when wines will be available for delivery are estimates only and not intended to be binding. Storage charge will apply for goods not collected/delivered within 6 months of being available.

  5. Return

    Customers are to inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us or the carrier of any shortage, damage, or deficiency. Wines are not subject to return once goods have been accepted.

  6. Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for failing to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  7. Sale to minor

    Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
