Please join us for a special evening with Sam Lambson of Minimalist Wines, the up and coming producer from South Africa that has wowed the wine world with his distinctive cool climate Syrahs. Prepare for some delectable food prepared by the team at AnOther Place, and lively wine discussions as Sam join us via Zoom to share with us his winemaking philosophy and stories behind each of his wines.
We will have the rare opportunity to taste all three vintages of the flagship small production Stars in the Dark side-by-side with Sam. The “Pretty Côte Rôtie-like” 2018 that had Jancis Robinson writing “Snap this up!”; the exciting 2019 that thrilled Neal Martin into awarding his joint highest score for a South African red; and the yet to be released 2020 making its Hong Kong debut on the night.
