Tasting note

This is a round and curvy Roche aux Moines with tangy citrus flavors from two years in barrel rounding the Savennières' upright style; there's no mistaking the linear power that runs through the 2019. A light bitterness adds to a sense of structure and purpose as it pushes on to the long finish. The wine is a little oaky at this stage but has the structure, power and concentration to age gracefully.
