新西蘭酒莊Folium Vineyard 的釀酒師 Takaki Okada 將在品酒會開始時通過 Zoom 與我們一起介紹酒莊、分享他的釀酒理念，並談論我們將品嚐的兩款葡萄酒。 緊隨其後的是 Kei Shiogai Pommard 2020，由勃艮第的一位釀酒師釀造，自首次發布以來在很短時間內就獲得了市場的關注。這些酒一上市就被搶購一空，這將是一個難得的親身品嚐機會。 我們將以 10 年陳釀的 Kusuda Syrah 2013 結束這場品酒會，這是由前律師轉型成為釀酒大師的 Hiro Kusuda 只釀造了 300 多箱的Syrah。隨著這款酒成熟適飲的年份在市場上越見稀少，我們期待與您分享這款精選的葡萄酒。

We are delighted to announce the launch of the first event at our Tasting Studio. This tasting will be a focus on four wines made by Japanese winemakers. With a rich cultural heritage, from food and hospitality to manga and anime, Japanese offerings are renowned for their craftsmanship and attention to detail, and their winemakers are now making waves abroad. 

Takaki Okada, the winemaker at Folium Vineyard of New Zealand, will join us via Zoom at the start of the tasting to introduce the winery, his winemaking philosophy, and talk about the two wines we will taste. This will be followed by the Kei Shiogai Pommard 2020, made by a winemaker in Burgundy attaining cult status in a very short time since his first release. The wines are snapped up when they appear on the market, and this would be a rare opportunity to taste for yourself. We will end the tasting with a 10 years old Kusuda Syrah 2013. Only 300 odd cases were made by Hiro Kusuda, the former lawyer turn master winemaker. With mature bottles dwindling we look forward to sharing this with you.
