🥂 Fine Champagnes Just Landed!

Good News! An outstanding selection of fine champagnes🥂 has just been added to our webstore, ideal for replenishing your cellar.

This is a serious collection🍾, as you will find fine bottles from producers such as Agrapart & Fils, Billecart-Salmon, Cedric Bouchard, Deutz, Diebolt-Vallois, Doyard, Egly-Ouriet, Frederic Savart, Henri Giraud, Henriot, Jacques Selosse, Krug, Laherte Freres, Pascal Agrapart, Philipponnat, Pierre Peters, Pol Roger, Salon, Taittinger, and Vilmart & Cie.

Among the highlights are some true 100-point bottles, such as the very expressive "Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru Brut Millesime 2008" which displays immense depth and racy acidity from crisp orchard fruit characters. Another standout is the "Jacques Selosse Millesime 2008" which stole the hearts of critics like William Kelley and Antonio Galloni with its elegance, complexity and tremendous depth, receiving perfect 100-point ratings from both critics.

For those who appreciate mature champagnes, we have some stunning offerings from the 1980s and 1990s. From the 80s, there is the silky "Krug Collection Brut 1985" and the "Philipponnat Clos des Goisses Extra Brut 1982" - the oldest vintage in this range. Moving to the 90s, we have bottles from the great 1996 vintage, including the rich and toasty "Deutz Cuvee William Deutz Brut Millesime 1996", the beautifully balanced "Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill 1996", and the clean yet deep "Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs Brut 1999".

We also have a range of super-rare "Salon Cuvee 'S' Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Brut" champagnes, which are only produced in small quantities in great vintages, as they are made exclusively from the best Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes from the Le Mesnil-sur-Oger vineyard - the heart of the Côte des Blancs. With only 37 vintages produced in the last century, these are extremely limited offerings.

For fans of Blanc de Noirs champagnes, be sure to check out the selections from Cedric Bouchard.

And for grower champagne enthusiasts, the bottles from Pascal Agrapart are not to be missed. These champagnes burst with rigor, tension and purity, thanks to the exceptional age of their vines (among the oldest in the Côte des Blancs), some exceeding 60 years old. The "Minéral" cuvee in particular showcases the minerality from the pure chalk terroir, while the "Vénus" cuvee displays stunning depth and richness. Pascal Agrapart also produced a unique "Experience" cuvee, an experimental champagne made without any added yeast, sugar or dosage - a rare and highly limited offering - made only when two successive vintage create the ideal conditions for the production of this cuvee,

And let's not forget the beautiful sparkling rosé in this collection. Highlights include the vertical collection of "Vilmart & Cie Grand Cellier 'Emotion' Brut Rose", a delicate and elegant sparkling rosé made from a blend of saignée Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We also have the graceful "Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Brut Rose 2005" with its inviting red berry aromas, fine mousse and superb length.

Don't miss out on the chance to add these to your collection.
