Tasting note
An elegant yet flowing style, the 2020 Les Blancs Manteaux caresses the palate with its fluidity. There's a fine sensation of freshness from the limestone-rich soils while the clay component provides roundness and mouthcoating tannins. A balanced and easy to like style, which is no mean feat in 2020... Aged in 500-liter barrels with a small proportion of new oak. The careful maturation allows the red fruit and light spices to shine.
